NOV-DEC 2023

In November-December 2023, Shineil Keith Mathias was inspired to establish a ministry named 'Shinu Ministry.' His initial website, https://sites.google.com/view/daily-prayers-by-shinu, featured a collection of prayers, primarily those of Fr. Jose Vettiyankal VC from the Logos Retreat Centre. During this period, the S.E.P. (Spiritual Enclosure Prayer) was introduced to the faithful, but only its explanation was made public, leaving many people requesting the actual prayers without receiving any response.
Recognizing this need, Shineil took the initiative to add the S.E.P. prayers to his website, 'Daily Prayers By Shinu.' He then shared his website link in the same blog where people had been expressing their concerns. This proactive step led to his website gaining recognition among the Logosians, the community associated with the Logos Retreat Centre.

FEBRUARY - 2024

In February 2024, Shineil designed his first ministry logo, though it was created randomly without a specific concept.
At that time, he was primarily using a public WhatsApp channel to share ministry updates.

MAY 2024

By May 2024, he revamped the ministry's logo, placing the Divine Mercy image at the center, the Keys of Heaven on top, a Bible with a cross on the left, and the Holy Spirit on the right, all adorned with gradient colors.
That same month, Shineil organized the first 'Marian Meeting May 2024,' a daily one-hour session dedicated to spiritual discussions.
He also began preaching daily for the first time on topics like 'God Loves and Heals' and 'Healing of the Soul (Penance).'

JUNE 2024

In June 2024, Shineil expanded his ministry by launching a sub-ministry: the Music Ministry. Through this branch, he began publishing hymns regularly on his YouTube channel, further spreading spiritual messages through music.

JULY 2024

July 2024 marked a significant milestone when Shineil officially changed the ministry's name to 'Shine Ministry.'
He expanded his outreach by joining various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and YouTube.
Additionally, he began printing hymn sheets for the Our Lady of Fatima Shrine in Karjat, Raigad, featuring the ministry's name, enhancing its visibility within the church community.

AUGUST 2024

SEPTEMBER 2024

In September 2024, Shineil introduced a dynamic and cleaner version of the ministry's logo and purchased the domain name shineministry.xyz, establishing a professional online presence.
During this time, he also assisted Rev. Fr. Joe D'mello in creating an invitation video for the Pilgrimage Feast of Our Lady of Fatima at the Our Lady of Fatima Shrine in Karjat, Raigad, which significantly boosted his ministry's popularity.

OCTOBER 2024

In October 2024, Shineil conducted the 'Marian Meeting Oct 2024' for the second time. This session was more dynamic and engaging than the previous one, attracting 20-30 regular participants.

NOVEMBER 2024

In November 2024, he introduced the 'First Friday Prayer Service' in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, held on every first Friday.
Additionally, he integrated 'Ministry AI' into the website and continued to update and improve the site's features regularly.

DECEMBER 2024

By December 2024, Shineil initiated the 'First Saturday Prayer Service' in honor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, held on every first Saturday.

JANUARY 2025

In January 2025, he designed a social media handle image and made the ministry's logo transparent, further enhancing the ministry's branding and online presence.
Also, Fr. Joe D'Mello, the Parish Priest of Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, Karjat, officially granted approval to Shine Ministry on January 13th.

FEBRUARY 2025

In February 2025, Mr. Shineil Mathias assisted Fr. Joe D'Mello in preparing the "Morning Prayer at Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, Karjat".
